About

Resolution, before it ever becomes a dispute.

Sulh (صلح) is the Arabic word for resolution — the act of arriving at a common, mutually acceptable way forward. It names a very old idea: that most disagreements are better settled through honest, guided conversation than through years of escalation.

We are building a platform that brings that idea to real estate in the United Arab Emirates. Buyers, sellers, brokers, and developers all face moments where a deal stalls, a handover goes wrong, or expectations quietly drift apart. Today those moments too often end in months of back-and-forth, mounting cost, and courtrooms. We think there is a calmer path.

What we believe

  • Structured dialogue resolves more than adversarial process — and preserves relationships worth keeping.
  • Fairness comes from clarity: shared facts, cited terms, and a record both sides can trust.
  • Technology should lower the temperature of a disagreement, not raise it.

Sulh is built in the UAE. We are still early, and deliberately so — refining something quiet and careful before we open it more widely.

If that resonates, leave your email and we'll let you know the moment Sulh is ready. One message, when it matters.
