Who we are

This website is operated by Sulh Services ("Sulh", "we", "us") and Emirates Mediation LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This notice explains how we handle information during our pre-launch period.

What we collect

When you use this pre-launch page, we may collect:

• Your email address, when you submit it through the notify-me form.
• The date and time of your signup and whether you confirmed it, recorded automatically alongside your email.
• Usage and device data, collected automatically through analytics cookies — such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from an advertisement).

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any other contact detail through this page. The only information you actively give us is your email address.

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use two kinds:

• Essential cookies that make the site work and keep form submissions secure. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics, that help us understand traffic and how the page is used. These are optional.

Where your consent is required, we will ask before setting non-essential cookies, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to measure sessions, page loads, and general usage patterns so we can improve the page. Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside the UAE. We do not use analytics to identify you personally. Advertising and how you may have found us

We promote this page through paid advertising on Instagram and other Meta platforms. When you see or interact with our ads, Meta processes your data under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller. If we use a measurement pixel or similar tag to understand how our ads perform, it will set cookies covered by the section above and only after any required consent.

Why we use your data and our lawful basis

• To notify you about launch. We use your email to confirm your signup and, when we go live, to tell you Sulh is open. Our basis is your consent, given when you submit and confirm the form.
• To understand and improve the page. We use analytics based on your consent to non-essential cookies.
• To reach the right audience. We advertise on Meta platforms to let interested people know about Sulh.

Email at launch

Your email address is stored in our own database. When Sulh opens, we will send a launch announcement to the confirmed addresses on that list. Delivery is handled through Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services), which processes your address solely to send our messages on our behalf — it is not used to build a separate mailing list outside our control. Every email includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from future messages.

How we store and protect your data

Your email address is stored in our own database, under our control. Access is restricted to the small number of people who need it to prepare for launch. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this page, each acting under our instructions or their own published policies:

• Google — website analytics.
• Meta (Instagram / Facebook) — advertising.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) — email delivery.

We may also disclose data where strictly required to comply with a legal obligation or a lawful request from a competent authority.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Google, Meta, and Amazon Web Services) are based outside the United Arab Emirates and may process your data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we do so in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and take appropriate steps to ensure your data remains protected.

How long we keep it

We keep your email only for as long as needed to notify you about launch. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted automatically after a short period. Analytics data is retained for a limited time in line with our Google Analytics settings. If you ask us to remove you, or if we decide not to proceed, we delete your data promptly.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and ask how it is processed.
• Have inaccurate data corrected, or ask for your data to be deleted.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, and request your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sulh.ae. Every email we send also includes a way to opt out. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

Children

Sulh is intended for adults involved in real estate matters. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

As we move toward launch, this policy will grow to cover the full Sulh platform. If we make material changes, we will update the date above.
